Customer account

You have already ordered from us and created a customer account? Great! This makes it easier to place new orders, because your shipping and payment details are stored for you. Furthermore you can see the status of your order. If you already have an account, click on "Login" in the upper right corner and log in with your email address and password.You don't have an account yet? No problem, after your first order we have created a free account for you and you can use all the advantages.

Cart & payment

You have placed your desired products and sets in the shopping cart and want to get an overview of what you have selected? Then simply click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner. Here you get an overview of all products with the corresponding quantities that you have selected. You now have several options. You can continue browsing by navigating to another page in the menu above. You can remove products by clicking on the trash can icon next to the product. You can adjust the quantity of the selected product by using the "+" and "-" buttons. Click on "Update shopping cart" if you want to see the current view of your selected shopping cart.
The shipping costs will be displayed in the next step, as soon as you have selected a delivery address and the total amount of the ordered products does not change.For any order within the Germany, shipping is free. For any order outside of Germany but within the EU, shipping costs 9,95€. For any order outside of EU, please contact our support: support@friedmanberlin.com
You are satisfied with your shopping cart? Then just click on "Checkout" to enter your address and payment details.

To the checkout

If you clicked on "Checkout", you will now be taken to the overview of your delivery address. Please enter your data in the fields provided.The following fields are mandatory: Last name, address (street and house number), city, country, postal code.The following fields are optional, but recommended: First Name, Company, Apartment/Room/etc.Make sure you have entered all the necessary information. It sometimes happens that packages are returned to us because the letter carrier could not find a necessary information on the shipping label. For example, if your name is not yet on the doorbell, make sure that under "Apartment, Room, etc. (optional)" how the letter carrier can still find you.Different billing addressYou want to make out your invoice to a different address than the delivery, for example if it's a gift? No problem - this comes in the step "Payment method"! If you have entered your delivery address correctly under "Checkout", simply click on "Continue to shipping method" and then "Continue to payment method". Under "Billing address" you can then click on "Use another billing address". Enter the billing address to which your invoice should be issued.Redeem voucherWe do not offer vouchers as of today.Desired neighborYou have the possibility to deliver your order to a desired neighbor. Just send us an email after your order with your order number and your desired neighbor to bestellung@friedman.berlin. Alternatively, you can also enter a comment under your delivery address in the field "Apartment, room, etc.". (optional)" field, e.g. "deliver to Müller's office".Shipping to Packstation and post officeYou like to order online, but are on the road most of the time and can't receive a parcel in person? Then you can simply have your order delivered to one of DHL's 3,000 Packstations nationwide and pick it up whenever it suits your schedule. This is a free service provided by DHL. Not yet a Packstation customer? Then register here. You can also use the service to have items shipped to a DHL post office.Simply enter the number of the Packstation (or post office) under "Address" when you place your order. You can find the number using the search function on the DHL homepage.And under the optional field "Apartment, room, etc." you enter your Packstation customer number.Then, as usual, enter the data for the Packstation (not for your home address) under "Postcode" and "City".As soon as your package arrives, you will be notified by DHL and you can pick up your package with your personal customer number and your MTAN.

Shipping

The shipping method is automatically selected based on the destination address of your order.Standard shipping (DHL)To save CO2 emissions, we ship all of a week's order until Friday, noon, on this week's Friday. Thanks to the speed of DHL, your order will be delivered to your door or office within 1-3 business days.You agree with your shipping method? Then simply click on "Continue to payment method".

Payment

Type of payment
After you have clicked on "Continue to payment method" in your order, you will receive an overview of your previously entered data and your current shopping cart.Under "Billing and payment" you can now choose how you want to pay. You can choose between Shopify Payments, Paypal, and AmazonPay.

Shopify Payments
With Shopify Payments, you have multiple offers to choose from when it comes to payment of your order. You can choose from Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, various credit cards such as Visa or MasterCard, and many other payment types.

Paypal Express
To pay with Paypal simply select "Paypal Express" under the step "Payment method" and click on "Check order" below and then on "Buy". You will be redirected to the Paypal page. There you can log in and confirm your payment with a payment method you have specified.After entering your login details you confirm your order. Subsequently, your payment will be confirmed. The debit will be made from your payment method, i.e. direct debit, your Paypal account or credit card.You don't have a Paypal account yet? On the Paypal page you can easily and quickly create one.

AmazonPay
To pay with AmazonPay just select "AmazonPay" under the step "Payment method" and click on "Review order" below and then on "Buy". You will then be redirected to the Amazon page. There you can log in and confirm your payment with a payment method you have specified.You can also click on the AmazonPay button directly in the shopping cart to save a few steps. In this case you will be redirected to the Amazon payment page without having to enter any further details.After entering your login details you confirm your order. Afterwards your payment will be confirmed. The debit will be made from your payment method, i.e. direct debit, your AmazonPay account or credit card.You don't have an AmazonPay account yet? On Amazon you can easily and quickly create a new account.When you are ready and have entered all payment data, click on "Review order".

Order

Check your order
Now you have almost made it. Here, you get again an overview of your order. This includes an overview of your ordered products and/or sets, your shipping and billing address, your selected payment method and the total amount including shipping.You want to change something? Just click on "Change" next to the information you want to change.

Is everything correct? Then click on "Buy". Your order will be triggered and we will receive it.

Right of withdrawal, returns and refund

Returns
We want to make shopping with us as easy, fast and uncomplicated as possible for you. And we believe very much in our products. Therefore, you can always return your order free of shipping costs, without giving reasons, within 60 days after receipt of the order. To be sustainable, you will always receive the return label by email and not immediately printed in the package of your order. So if you want to return a product because you are exercising your right of withdrawal, send us a message at hello@friedmanberlin.com with your name, your order number and the products you want to return. The return is free of charge only if you use our return labels. We will not cover any shipping costs incurred afterwards.

Please note the following when making a return:
- Please always return the products in their original packaging.
- Check the number of returned products: does it match what you sent us?
- The return label must be printed in sufficient size (DIN-A5 is best) and attached to the package to be shipped without wrinkles.
- Please pad the package sufficiently well, as we do not accept damaged products as returns.

After the arrival of the goods, the amount to be refunded will be transferred back to you immediately in the same way as you paid.

Refund
After we receive your return, it will be immediately checked for completeness. If your return contains what you wanted to return, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you immediately. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used to place your order.Please note that a refund will only be issued if the return was processed correctly by you as described by us.
